With their classic design, the knives of RÖSLE’s Tradition series represent the ideal response to the fundamental requirements of any well-equipped kitchen. The blades, made from special blade steel, glide effortlessly through the ingredients to be cut. To ensure that the right tool is at hand for each task, the series comprises no fewer than eight implements of different shapes and sizes: a paring knife, a chef’s knife, a carving knife, a vegetable knife, a santoku knife, a bread knife and two utility knives, which with their ergonomically shaped, riveted plastic handles evoke the functionality and aesthetics of the traditional kitchen.

Forged from special blade steel, the blades of the Rockwood series bring cutting artistry to the kitchen. The handles, with their purity and timeless beauty, are made from reddish brown Pakka wood and are not only comfortable to hold but also highly durable. The series comprises seven implements – a paring knife, a vegetable knife, a utility knife, a carving knife, a chef’s knife, a santoku knife and a bread knife – giving you the perfect assistant for every situation that could present itself in the kitchen.

The Masterclass series is designed for special requirements. The knives bear the ‘Made in Solingen’ hallmark of quality, a guarantee that the highest internationally recognized standards in terms of materials used, workmanship and performance have been met. Sharp stainless-steel blades complement handles made from hand-selected, genuine walnut that are rounded off by a stainless-steel cap sporting an elegant embossed logo. The series comprises six specialized cutting implements: a vegetable knife, a utility knife, a carving knife, a santoku knife, a cooking knife and a bread knife.
