The Illa Group has been manufacturing non-stick aluminium cookware for more than 70 years. Since 2010, production has taken place in a large modern plant based in Noceto di Parma (Italy). Ollia-Tech coatings have impressive characteristics such as excellent non-stick properties, a significant reduction in chemical components and the option of cooking food without added fats or oils.

AQA coating
AQA coating is water-based, which means that traditional solvents are reduced to a minimum. Products made in Italy with AQA coating are in line with the market trend for using biotechnologies to create eco-friendly products and ­satisfy consumer demand for healthy products.
